The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Once home to the coachman, it is now opening its doors to welcome you, your family and friends for a quiet get-away. Located between a historic fortress and the medival old town of Königsberg, it is the perfect place to relax, discover the surrounding hiking trails, and offer you a home away from home. Please note that the second bedroom (2 twin beds) is a walk-through room to the master bedroom.

In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. From the private garden you can see the castle and its park.

Holiday home on the edge of a holiday home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake Unterfranken (about 17 ha) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. KfW standard until 2017 and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
