Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Helle, freundliche Dachgeschosswohnung. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder im Schlafzimmer und eine Couch im Wohnzimmer. In der geräumigen Küche kann in gemütlicher Runde gegessen werden. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus meiner Mama. Sie kümmert sich um die Schlüsselübergabe. Bei Buchung mit Hund fallen 5 € zusätzlich pro Tier und Nacht an. Bitte die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,50 € pro Person bar vor Ort bezahlen.

Welcome to the Müllerstube

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Holidays in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

Vacation home “Gina” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

Lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance in ecologically renovated half-timbered house from 1870. Combined living room & bedroom (room 1) with double bed as well as TV, play corner and sofa with sleep function. In the fully equipped kitchen with large dining table is the access to the terrace. Small, fine bathroom with spacious shower & underfloor heating. Number of rooms depends on number of guests. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer.

Lovely apartment in a half-timbered house

A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if required. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Apartment FS15/2 with parking space

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the Orangery and the center of Gotha. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking. It has a separate entrance only for our guests. This is now the third apartment and we hope that this will also meet the expectations of our guests. We look forward to seeing as many interesting guests as possible!

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Experience something very special. Nature, relaxation, sustainability and fun. Sleeping in a yurt. Our yurt is 28 square meters and is located on an island in the middle of Thuringia. You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
