This was a wonderfully peaceful stay with luxurious fittings in a remote place! If you like peace outside the city this is a great place and we felt right at home here after settling in. Love the modern fireplace and well equipped kitchen! Markus was very responsive!!! Would rent from him anytime gladly and know I’m taken care of!

We were satisfied with Mike's apartment, both for the house itself and for the availability of the host Mike. It's a little out of the center of Vienna, but the nearby subway and being able to walk near the Danube next to the house are strong points. Thank you.

Spacious apartment with a garden/terrace and an amazing location. It is the host’s own apartment and is fully equipped with everything you will need. Very nice neighborhood with several supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. Very easy to get around on foot or by public transportation. Bus 13A and tram 49 stops literally outside the door and are very frequent. The U3 underground line is a a short walk away. The apartment is very quiet and remains cool in summer even when it is 35 degrees outside.

The apartment is very spacious, ideal for large groups, clean and very well equipped. It is close to the West Train Station and you can easily get there by tram or the metro. The host was very nice, quick communication, was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Definitely recommend it!

It has been 10 years since I started coming to this apartment. Apartment is always very clean, well equipped and comfortable. From this location it is easy to reach the Vienna’s most beautiful places – Karlsplatz, Schönbrunn, Belvedere. And Armin has been always a very welcoming host.

Definitely worth the stay. Space was plenty spacious, lots of room to spread out, and close to all attractions!

Spectacular apartment near the center of Vienna. Everything is prettier than the photos. Bettina is very friendly, and her cake is delicious. One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. It's an excellent choice!

We stayed with six friends for a weekend in this apartment in Vienna and are very satisfied. The location is top: within walking distance (about 5–8 minutes) from the nearest metro stop, so you can easily explore the whole city. The tram is also a convenient option. The metro network is clear and easy to use. The supermarket on the corner was ideal (good to know: closed on Sunday). The apartment itself was clean and fully furnished. Details like countertop paper towels and fragrance sticks were appreciated. We had a little doubts about the sofa bed in advance, but it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable and neatly made on arrival. Check-in went smoothly via a lockbox, and if you had any questions, we got a quick response from the host. In short: an ideal stay for a group of up to six people, with a quiet location and yet close to everything Vienna has to offer.

Alexander is a warm host who communicates very accurately. The apartment is sparkling clean and is also cleaned in between. The city center of Vienna is easily accessible by U-bane. In short, we are very satisfied.

We were in Vienna for the first time over the weekend! What a great city and all the more beautiful was the apartment, in the middle of the trendy 7th district! Everything is within walking distance, parking is available in the surrounding (sauteuren) parking garages, restos and bars without end! The apartment is super spacious, 3 bedrooms, great beds, very bright and very stylishly furnished. Claudia is super nice and organized everything perfectly, prepared and was always approachable and responded super quickly. Thanks again for letting us have our dog with us! We will be happy to come back!

Very good AirBnB with great connections to public transport and shopping (both about a 3-minute walk). Annemarie is a very nice and enormously helpful landlady, who was always available to us with advice and gave us a lot of great recommendations for our Vienna tour. Check-in was also easily possible quite late (11:30 pm), as we were in a traffic jam and the communication with Annemarie was great - quick and clear answers in a short time. The AirBnB offers enough space in the large living room for up to 6 people and the bedrooms are sufficiently large. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (outside the bathrooms). We can only recommend the AirBnB and would love to come back if we travel to Vienna again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The indoor space is clean and comfortable, but the outdoor area is really special - the decking opens out onto the park, so you really feel like you are surrounded by nature, very private and peaceful. The pool is super, a good size so you can have a proper swim, and everyone we met was very friendly. We had many lovely walks, including a shady walk through Johannesbach Klamm, a walk up to Seebenstein castle, and our teenagers really enjoyed the cable car and mountain carts at Monichkirchen! I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was very nice as well as the outdoor area with the heated pool is a successful oasis to relax after the event rich days you spend in the center. The connection to bus and subway is very good.

Clean and secure accomodation. Beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to city centre. Truly scrumptious bakery next to the apartment: the best topfenstrudel in Vienna. Michael is exception host, highly professional, nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

Great stay, the room is very clean, the kitchen utensils are very well equipped, the bathroom is very clean, the mattress is very soft, and I slept very comfortably.Would choose Michael's house again next time in Vienna, really very nice.Michael was very quick to respond after check out, and finally managed to find what was left behind.Although it was cold in Vienna both days, it was not an obstacle to love the city.Would come again, best wishes!:)
