Javea duplex apartment a few meters from the sea!!

An apartment/townhouse one block from the sea, 3-5 min walk. It is very well located with the Paseo del Mediterráneo next door along with beach bars and restaurants. The rocky beach on the promenade is accessible. The Nou Fontana canal is a few steps away and walking along the canal for about 8 minutes is El Arenal beach and its shopping and restaurant areas. It has a large private garage. The common area is spacious and comfortable. The apartment connects directly to the pool and also does not face west.
