Bright and beautiful apartment located in the neighborhood of Las Fuentezuelas. Located north of the city, a few meters from the "Ciudad de los niños" (Children's City) playground and the sports center. The start of the Via Verde del Aceite (oil greenway) can be accessed, a good plan for families and cyclists. Living room with kitchenette, an exterior room, and a large private terrace. A few meters away you can find supermarkets such as Mercadona and LIDL as well as many bars and cafes Pets are welcome!

Cosy accommodation in the heart of Baeza's old town. 2 bedrooms, spacious bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace with barbecue, free parking space if available. It is rented for single days or weeks. For 1 or 2 people a room is prepared upon request for a double or single bed, the other room will not be available. Pets allowed on request. Smoking inside of the house is not allowed. The apartment is NOT shared with people outside the reservation. Equipado.

Centro Linares Accommodation

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, with lots of lighting. Located in the center of the city, it is perfect to enjoy a great gastronomic offer (tapas bars and restaurants) and cultural offerings (archaeological site of Cástulo, Andrés Segovia and Raphael Museums and architectural buildings of interest), a strategic point both during Holy Week and the Fair. Nearby are: banks, shops, supermarkets and Health Centers. We follow Airbnb's cleaning protocol.

Newly renovated penthouse on one of Jaén's main avenues. It has a great terrace of about 10m² with table and chairs, and a folding ceiling for the sunniest days. Functional and spacious rooms, with a simple and elegant decoration. I have taken special care in providing a quality rest, with a high end Flex mattress 160cm and good pillows and sheets. Bus and taxis stop right off at the side of the gate.
