Staying on Erice (already inhabited 6th century BC) is a special experience. In the low season, it is partly a ghost town, especially at night, but there is plenty of infrastructure, cafes, bars, restaurants. During the day it is besieged by tourists, who often do not have enough time to explore it completely and stay on certain paths. I have not only explored Erice, but the mountain from all sides, there are beautiful nature all around in spring and well-maintained hiking trails. The apartment may look a little old-fashioned and the stone house is a little fresh, but everything is there, pleasant and the large roof terrace a bonus. The host is reliable, responsive, helpful, and a Superhost. She gave everything so I didn't miss anything and picked me up whenever necessary.

Great stay close to Erice and several other points of interest. The location is convenient for exploring the area, and Emilia is very kind and helpful, ensuring a comfortable visit. The road nearby can be a bit noisy at times, so bringing earplugs might be a good idea for light sleepers. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. Everything that is needed is available and the bed is very comfortable. It was cold due to the weather, but due to the fireplace and ample firewood, it was very cozy and warm. Beautiful excursion destinations can be reached from the property. We can recommend a stay.
