We felt very comfortable! There is everything you need in the property. Wonderful view!Mathilde is available every day from 6 pm, gave us many tips and inquired about what we did. Despite accommodation in the landlady's house, you enjoy a lot of privacy. The location was awesome: 15 minutes to Merano, 20 minutes to Bolzano. (Bus, train and cable cars are even free through the South Tyrol Card) We will be happy to come back!!

The place was exactly what we were looking for and what we needed, which was tranquility and simplicity with an amazing view and walking paths nearby. The kitchen was very well equipped for proper cooking. Margareth was the most kind host there is and we felt like home at her place. Would love to come back one day!

Lately I had always run into B&Bs with self check-in and managed by organizations that aim to make money. Agnese's house is right at Agnese's house and her welcome was excellent and sincere (including sweets, like muffins, with apples and nuts, made on the table: excellent). In the house there is everything to feel good, the area is very quiet. A really pleasant stay

I’m a frequent guest at Roland’s apartment and always choose to stay here when visiting the Bolzano region. The apartment is perfect for longer stays, offering a comfortable space, while the surrounding valley provides easy access by car to Bolzano and nearby towns. As a cyclist, I appreciate the many opportunities for bike excursions and training in the area. I truly enjoy staying at Roland’s place.
