The location is unique, with direct access to the beach from the complex itself, bringing you closer to nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m, a wardrobe, shoe rack and dresser with drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2m and a desk from where you can see the pool and solarium area while resting. The living room has a four-seat sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from where you can not only see the sea but also hear it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a four-burner induction hob, a microwave oven and small appliances such as a juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, griddle and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer for a small fee. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four Jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all the safety systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. Gran Canaria's sports offer is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, devoid of extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing...) And for nature lovers, the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world, making it worthy of the description of "miniature continent". Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. It has 12 Spa and Thalassotherapy centers equipped with spectacular facilities that offer a wide variety of exclusive relaxation and beauty treatments. A 10-minute walk from the apartment, there are the Thalassotherapy centers of the Orquídea and Gloria Palace Hotels located in Bahía Feliz and San Agustín respectively. You also have access to the shared pool that is situated about 150 meters from the house. Supermarkets, shops, and a golf course are close of the Villa. Is recommendable to rent a car to get to both the town and for touring the island, because the bus service is reduced.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Seafront apartment, first line.

Cosy frontline beach apartment . Consists of two spacious bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. It features a nice bathroom with a walk in shower and a washing machine. It also has two balconies, one of which overlooks the beach and the pool/jacuzzi, located on a big solarium that sees the sun all year round, surrounded by lovely garden areas. You just can't get a whole lot closer to the sea without being in it!

Finca Toledo Apartment

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
