With a harmonious layout that promotes light, views and comfort, and a decoration that accompanies the climate of peace and tranquility around, this two-bedroom apartment is an energy oasis in which to recharge in front of the sea. Harmonizing energies in distribution and decoration, enhancing light,views and comfort has been our utmost priority. Feel it. The enclave is unique, the direct beach access from the complex itself will bring you closer to contact with nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2 meters and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only can you see the sea but also listen to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, four-burner induction hob, microwave, and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, grill iron, and cookware. The bathroom has a large shower tray and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer through a modest price. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all security systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. The sports offer of Gran Canaria is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, lacking extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing…) And for nature lovers the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world making it worthy of the qualification of “miniature continent”. Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. It has 12 Spa and Thalassotherapy centers equipped with spectacular facilities that offer a wide variety of exclusive relaxation and beauty treatments. A 10-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Thalassotherapy centers of the Orquídea and Gloria Palace Hotels located in Bahía Feliz and San Agustín respectively. In short,Sun and beaches, Culture and sports, History and nature, Tradition and avant-garde, Leisure, fun and excellent cuisine, is what our island offers throughout the year, with an average annual temperature of 24º. I am an open and outgoing person with various interests, willing to share my favorite corners of the island and the best restaurants. On the beachfront, the apartment has direct access to the sea through its generous common areas with swimming pool.

Stunning seaside apartment with a wonderful view on the ocean, consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and a terrace facing the Gran Canaria sea. The residence is equipped with a heated sea-view swimming pool and sun loungers to relax on. Very close to buses, taxis and supermarket. Perfect for couples, families, groups of friends, work or pure relax. The apartment also has air conditioning units and wi-fi. Come to relax and spend a dream holiday by the sea.

The apartment feel quiet and private, like a home away from home. The raw wooden furnishings and tarnished ceramics create a sense of pared back luxury. Central located area! 15 min by bus to the sunny beaches, 20 min by bus to the airport. The apartment is beside to the bus stop. WATCHING THE SUNRISE, hearing the SOUND OF THE WAVES and SMELLING THE MARSH are some of the privileges of this accommodation. It is located in a unique place on the coast, a few meters from the water, in an area of golden sand, black (volcanic), and stones.

With a wonderful view of the sea and the garden you will enjoy some incredible sunrises. It has been completely renovated and adapted to relax and enjoy a comfortable and elegant environment. It has a bathtub on the terrace overlooking the sea that will delight the most demanding. Cozy apartment with direct beach access

Our 45-METER apartment is our particular paradise and is located on the banks of Eagle Beach in a friendly neighborhood complex. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, children's bedroom with bunk beds , living room- kitchen with sofa bed where two children can sleep or 1adulto. washer-dryer. wifi and TV. Common pool and solarium renovated in 2024 from where you have incredible views of the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves and sunrise from our terrace.

Green , an ode to tranquility , sun, and outdoor space. Thirty-six square meters of dwelling and sixty-six square meters of generous terrace. A diaphanous practice space, with a light decoration where the binomial of the white and green that runs through the space, is subtly broken by brushstrokes of color in the textiles. With the vegetation present both outside and inside and natural light in practically any corner.

GRAN CANARIA 🏝️"StrawberryBeach forever" 120 square meter apartment, located on the cliff, in a safe and quiet area! At night you can see the city lights. We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
