Located in the wooded garden of our house with stunning views of the canal bridge, Jasmin district. 
Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

The GRANGE is a former barn from the mid 1800s that has been given a major makeover. The spacious living room invites you to lounge for a long time. Adjacent is the dining room and an open kitchen. There are a total of five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with BBQ and a magnificent view of the swimming pool. Maximum comfort and a sea of space for groups of up to 10 people. The estate also has a playground, quiet area and an oak forest!

You will find all amenities (farmers' market, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher...). Many trails for mountain biking or hiking enthusiasts around the lake or in the countryside. 5/15 km away: tree climbing, amusement park, animal park. You can also visit the beautiful villages of our department.

Un commerce vous permettra de vous approvisionner(fermé le lundi) Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son emplacement, le calme. Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires, mais pas pour les enfants. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
