The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old village of Vogüé, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and Villages de Caratère, in Southern Ardèche. River, beach, restaurants and bars are 50 meters away. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES.
