The Nordic bath is optional, on the private terrace of the cottage, to be managed independently. Price: 65 euros per stay (wood heating included) Shops and markets are a 5-minute walk away. We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Entirely designed and built by us, it has the essentials to spend a few days in peace and quiet in the heart of nature. Lulled by the song of birds and cicadas, you can recharge your batteries in the greatest calm and as close to nature as possible. The accommodation is located in the heart of the Pays des Vans in Cévennes, an ideal location for visiting South Ardèche. Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, labeled "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my developments. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You'll love it for the views, decor, and cobblestone streets. In summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Its entrance is independent in a closed courtyard (useful for bicycles if necessary). The staircase to access the apartment is to the right of the entrance gate. The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Direct departure for hikes as we are the last house before the woods.
