Super cute house with a very cozy vibe. It was very well stocked with all necessities that were needed. Great floor plan with bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms. Felt like home.

Loved our time at BB&T by the Sea! House is as beautiful as pictures, and hosts (spoke with both James and Hugh on separate occasions) were friendly and attentive. Setup with separate bungalow was ideal for my parents who stayed with us for the week, and we loved being able to walk to both the beach and to get ice cream (Beaches & Sweets is a little gem!). Overall, would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Oak Island!

Min and Glen have an awesome place, great location and not far from the beach. We love bringing our dog on trips and Min and Glen were very accommodating. Also we had to change dates and Min made it stress free. We would totally stay at the City Woes 2 Sandy Toes again.

Shawn’s place had just what we needed for a few days. There are a lot of places a quick drive away but not too much that is walkable.

We had a great stay at Kolleen’s place. Loved the front screened porch to relax in and listen to the birds. Was very peaceful. We came down for Easter and to visit my son, who lives in Oak Island. Kolleen’s place was just as described and had plenty of room for my family of 5. We even hosted dinner, one evening, for 7 of us (plus 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, just a little tricky crossing the main road (but doable). The bikes were an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Yolanda was very accommodating. Place was as described and seemed newly renovated. The price was a bit much for one night, but I'm assuming it goes down some if you get it for longer.

We needed a short-term rental while our home was being completed, and Brandi's home was the perfect fit. The location was ideal—close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The spacious yard was great for our pups, and the quiet neighborhood provided a lovely setting for walks. Brandi was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. If I were simply visiting the area, I would highly recommend this location, as it offers convenient access to a variety of attractions, from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington.

Booked this place for a local half Ironman triathlon. it was perfectly located between all the sites I needed to get to afford the event but also close to several restaurants and beach and downtown. exceptionally clean and cozy place, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and extremely responsive host. Will book it again next year when I come back to race. Highly recommend it.

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

Cliff is always great and responsive. We have rented his places before and it has always been a great experience. Thanks again for another great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Brandon's place in Wilmington, North Carolina! It was the perfect spring break getaway for our family. The property is truly unique—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and packed with things to do for all ages. Our kids loved spending time in the pool and hot tub, and they had a blast fishing in the pond. We, along with our dog, enjoyed peaceful morning walks through the gardens every day. The spring flowers were in full bloom and made for some beautiful family photos! The location was ideal—close to all three beaches with Carolina Bach only a short 10-min drive away, and about 20 minutes or so into downtown Wilmington which if you've never been, is such a cute town by the river. It was exactly the kind of break our family needed. Thank you, Brandon, for sharing this special place with us.

First Airbnb rental - location was awesome, easy access to the beach. Friendly neighbors and a great neighborhood. The home was spacious, the kitchen was more than adequately stocked with necessities for eating and cooking. There was adequate room, seating etc for our family. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home and location. Sydney was very responsive to a few minor maintenance issues and quickly had them resolved. Thank you Sydney!

The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach! We had an issue with the hot tub, and Travis and Heather had someone out to fix it within a half hour. We appreciated it!! We would love to stay again.

Pauline was an excellent host and her home is wonderful. You can see, smell and hear the ocean from the front porch. Every detail of this home was well thought out for a family visiting with their dog. The large fenced in yard was perfect. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The additional amenities in the bathrooms and bedrooms were a nice touch. I’ve never needed to pack so little to stay in a rental home as everything we would need was provided. The location is perfect as there are multiple restaurants and a grocery store within 1 block. At night, it is very quiet in the neighborhood. Beach access is a short walk away. This home has everything and more!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cozy and welcoming, with all the comforts of home but still felt like a true vacation. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and the walkability to the beach made it even better — just a short stroll and you’re by the ocean. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay here again!

Gloria & Kevin’s place was so nice. It has beautiful views of the water, especially from in your private screen porch. The apartment is very large and roomy enough for a family. It has an amazing private beach that was awesome. Gloria & Kevin were great hosts very easy going and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a great place for some secluded R &R. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable peaceful escape.

Absolutely amazing!! I couldn't have been happier! Beautiful neighborhood that was peaceful and we felt safe. Walking inside, we were blown away, relaxing coloring, beautifully decorated, but best of all it felt so homey! The attention to details of extra blankets to cover furniture to snuggle with your pet, goodies for us and our dog (incl. a personal note), everything clean, plenty of dishes, towels, extra soaps, and toothbrushes etc. was fantastic! The home had a comfortable couch, plenty of seating everywhere, extremely comfortable beds, great large TVs and TWO outdoor sitting areas. My favorite was the back patio with outdoor lights!! On top of all that, the yard was fully fenced, spacious, private, amazing for pets or children, even a fire pit w/ seating!! My family and I felt so at home! Savannah was an amazing host, friendly, accommodating and understanding with great communication! The beach, shopping and restaurants are close. We would absolutely love to book again! ❤️

great spacious home, nearby beaches, grocery store, and reasonable trip to the airport. Host was friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was good. really enjoyed this one.

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived early and Katherine allowed us to check in early. Parking is available in front, but the street was very busy and Katherine made accommodations to park off street. Katherine made us aware of a parade the next day on the night before we left, which prompted us to leave earlier and miss the traffic. EXCELLENT host!

Amy’s place was perfect for our weekend away with our pup. Great and convenient location right across the street from the beach access. Amy was great with communication and provided some great recommendations for us! We would stay here again!
