Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Balestrate

A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare a casa di Angela a Castelluzzo, e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia esperienza. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: immerso nella tranquillità della campagna siciliana, l’appartamento dista a 3 chilometri dalla prima caletta, Cala Calazza, soli 4 chilometri dalla suggestiva costa di Makari e 7 chilometri dalla stupenda spiaggia di San Vito Lo Capo. Francesca stata incredibilmente gentile e accogliente, facendoci sentire subito a casa. La sua disponibilità e attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Se cercate un posto tranquillo e strategicamente situato per esplorare la bellezza di questa parte della Sicilia, questo hostal è la scelta ideale. Lo consiglio vivamente.

A peaceful quiet location away from the crowds, but close to Trapani. The photos and description accurately match the house. The living area is a great place to relax at the end of the day either cooking a meal or having a drink. Vincenza is a real pleasure to communicate with and quickly answered questions, or provided a few additional items for our stay.

Il soggiorno a Favignana è’ stato molto piacevole . L’alloggio comodo a tutti i servizi ma in zona tranquilla. Super accessoriato . La signora Vita accogliente e prodiga di spiegazioni ci inviava messaggini anche sulle condizioni del mare . Grazie ! Anna e Renato

Wonderful 2 week stay ! Would recommend for anyone looking for a bright clean and relaxing coastal Sicilian vacation . The house is wonderfully updated and has everything that you may need for your stay . Loved our time . We will be coming back !

Lovely, quiet home that is tucked away from the more crowded areas but is still an easy walk to the beach and good restaurants, shops, etc. Gaspare always answered immediately on the rare occasion I had a question about the place. The back deck is very tranquil and great for happy hour or dinner (as long as you avoid the mosquitos!). All in all a really great place, especially for families who want a more quiet place away from the hustle and bustle.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns viele Empfehlungen gegeben. Sie hat jederzeit auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche reagiert. Da hat auch das nicht funktionierende WLAN und der nicht funktionierende Fernseher nicht mehr gestört . als Wiedergutmachung frische Croissants an der Haustür, eine sehr nette Geste..

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Ruim en schoon appartement met mooi uitzicht over de zee en de bergen. In Oktober erg rustige daar. De hosts waren super gastvriendelijk en gaven vele tips. Vlakbij het leuke plaatsje Castellamare del Golfo met een haventje (als je vroeg bent verse vis direct op de kade) en vele restaurantjes. Ook leuke strandjes in de buurt. Palermo is een uurtje en Trapani en Erice op ongeveer een ruim halfuurtje. Ook in Trapani hier op de kade particuliere verkoop van vis! Palermo is een knotsgekke stad met mooie architectuur. Moet je bezocht hebben! Wij hebben een prachtige week gehad!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les parents de Gaspard (qui semblent vivre au RDC). L’appartement est parfaitement "isolé" du RDC, dispose d’une belle terrasse couverte (avec Barbecue), ainsi qu’une partie ensolleillée (1 ou 2 transat serait une excellente idéeGaspard 😉). Le logement était nickel en terme de propreté, assez bien équipé, même si la cafetière italienne était juste un peu petite pour le gros buveur de café que je suis. Sinon, 3 petits point négatifs, eau non potable (mais 4 Litres d’eau nous attendais dans le frigo), bruit du frigo situé à côté du lit (qui complique l’endormissement), et enfin centre ville trop loin à pied (mais il y a un réseau de bus, et des parkings pour voiture à disposition proche du centre ville)... In fine le logement et l’hote méritent allègrement un 5/5.

The location of Antonietta’s place was unreal - 20 minute walk down to the wild coastline, surrounded by mountains and olive trees. Antoinetta was so helpful and kind. The track outside the front of the house is used by neighbouring houses and some farm traffic but otherwise it was a lovely calm place to be. Would definitely stay here again :)

Unser Aufenthalt in Lillis Haus war einfach perfekt....Lilli hat alles bestens organisiert...Wegbeschreibung... Empfang durch Giovanni ....kleiner Proviant....Kommunikation auch top mit ihr....antwortet sofort....das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück und der Garten mit den vielen exotischen Bäumen, der Blick auf die Berge, der tolle Pool, die Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Giovanni ist die gute Seele des Anwesens und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager...die Umgebung ist toll, besonders das kunstvolle Parrini hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Lilli für die super Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, und liebten deinen Pool. Hoffen irgendwann wiederzukommen....

È la prima volta che uso Air B&B e non poteva andare meglio! La casa vacanze di Pietro è dotata di molte comodità che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole: la cucina è nuova e c’è tutto l’occorrente per cucinare e mangiare. Non mancano un bollitore, un forno microonde e la macchina del caffè con le cialde e acqua minerale comprese nel prezzo. Molto utile la lavatrice con il detersivo a disposizione e lo stendino nel giardino con le mollette. L’aria condizionata a pompa di calore è di marca ed è presente sia nell’area living che in camera da letto. La quinta stella la do per l’accoglienza, il rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile, la disponibilità di due camere da letto (una per me e per mia moglie e una per il bambino), per il parcheggio privato e per il giardino perimetrale meraviglioso, con erba inglese, pieno di fiori e alberelli e molto apprezzato dal mio cane: ci sono pure un barbecue, un tavolo con le sedie e due sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole. Wonderful apartment, spotlessly clean and well planned out. Noemi and Fabio are excellent hosts with lots of tips on where to visit and also places to eat. Thank you both.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Chiara insieme a mia moglie e mio figlio di 2 anni e devo dire che sono rimasto più che soddisfatto, appartamento in ottime condizioni, pulito in maniera impeccabile e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il terrazzo è molto ampio e per mio figlio è stato il massimo, messo in sicurezza da dei cancelletti che isolano la zona, si è potuto muovere in tutta libertà (il biliardino graditissimo). Bella l'idea della cucina in veranda e barbecue ottimo per grigliare. Zona strategica per muoversi sulla sponda occidentale siciliana, 15 minuti da Trapani e poco più da Marsala. Chiara e suo marito sono molto gentili e ti fanno sentire a casa, Giuseppe e Vita, suoceri di Chiara che vivono a piano terra, sono 2 persone eccezionali, hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio. Consiglio tantissimo l'appartamento di Chiara e se tornerò in zona prenoterò sicuramente da lei!!!
