Warm house of 100 m2 with three bedrooms and living room open kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very well located 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away from all amenities. I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more.
