Casa Clementina is located in Scurzolengo, in an ideal position for visiting Monferrato and the Langhe, and within an hour’s drive of Turin, Milan and Genoa. Located on the village's main street, it offers a garden, patio, terrace, hot tub, mosquito control system and a swimming pool with views of the surrounding hills, shared with our other two properties, Casa Verrua and Belavista. The free parking space and the EV charging station are completed for a fee.

Situata in posizione dominante (550 mt. sul livello del mare) si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata appena rinnovata. In questo luogo magico non esiste nessun tipo di inquinamento acustico o luminoso, gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle Bormida. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
