5 stars – Highly recommended! The apartment on the 27th floor was fantastic: modern, very clean, and with an amazing view over Pattaya. The location is super central – restaurants, cafés, and nightlife are all within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was friendly and efficient. Perfect for anyone who wants to stay in style and be right in the heart of the city. I’d definitely stay here again!

While it is a fairly small apartment it is homely, generously equipped and supplied with everything you need. Location was central and as described with everything on hand. Communication was great and WiFi appliances, tv etc first class…… well done!

Phailin was an excellent host. Her condo is meticulous, comfortable, modern, and consistent with the description. She was responsive and thoughtful in all communications. I plan to stay again... Thank you Phailin!

This condo is the best I have lived in s o far and I will probably come back soon. Everything is perfect from toiletries to cooking utensils to toilet roll to towels. Julie already foreseen what a tenant wants. The location of the property is perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s just a short walk from the beach 🏖️. I recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Pattaya!!

Really nice apartment, close to many attractions in Pattaya. The view is fantastic from the rooftop, that has a gym and pools. The location is very desirable and one needs to go past security post and need to have an access card to the building to get into any of the floors and only my floor and the community floors were available with the key card. No one without an access card can get into your specific floor, provided for good security. A couple of things to keep in mind, the entire building seems to be very short term rentals, so there is a lot of moving in/out of the building at all times. Also, at times it can take 8-10 minutes to get down to the lobby due to the lack of availability of elevators or being too full, especially at the higher floors. I would stay here again, no question.

This is a apartment with two bedrooms. Both beds are big and clean. everything is comfortable. I especially want to mention the warmness of the management staff, They are very helpful and very nice.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

Our group of ten had the most unforgettable stay at this exceptional pool villa in Pattaya! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful design, outstanding furniture, and luxurious accommodations — everything was thoughtfully prepared to the highest standard. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suited for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. The private pool and stunning amenities provided the perfect setting for laughter, relaxation, and creating memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Every corner of the villa reflects a true sense of style and comfort. Our host was simply outstanding — incredibly polite, highly responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and worry-free. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a five-star resort combined with the warmth of a home, but this villa managed to achieve exactly that. Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Полный восторг от пребывания в этой квартирке и от хозяина Айсуна. 1) Айсун- самый лучший. самый отзывчивый и самый продуманный хозяин! Он подробно отвечал на все мои вопросы, дал четкие инструкции по бесконтактному заселению, а так же, в его профиле, в можете найти чудесный гайд по Паттайе! 2) Расположение кондо- не близко к пляжу, если пешком, а если на байке- пара минут. Расположен в тихом дворике, все чисто, зелено. Расположен на самой лучшей улице- 16 сое, где куча разных магазинчиков, лавочек, а главное- фудкорт на открытом воздухе! 3) Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Квартира была в идеальном порядке и полностью оборудована. Есть вся необходимая посуда и даже больше: кофеварка, тостер и аэрогриль! А какой шикарный и большой балкон! Однозначно рекомендую это место и если еще раз вернемся в Паттайю- то только сюда! Айсун, огромное спасибо за отдых! Вы- лучший!

The cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in Thailand! Moreover the additional things such as soap, gels, additional sets of towels, neatly arranged dishes in the kitchen. Hihly recommended!

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
