Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ban Tai

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit bei Nemo! Er ist mit Abstand der beste Host, den wir bisher erlebt haben!! – super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mega schnell in der Kommunikation. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft selbst war super sauber und total gemütlich – man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Auch die Lage ist top: zentral, egal ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank Nemo & Jo für den tollen Aufenthalt! :)

Проживали на вилле неделю. Хозяева ответили сразу, все рассказали, отправили геолокацию. Дорога хорошая, что очень важно, так как на Самуи бывают очень крутые подъемы. Есть охрана в посёлке. Это апартаменты все таки, а не вилла. Очень хорошие и просторные. Все как на фотографиях. 2 этаж. Вид шикарный. Терраса супер, утром и вечером не жарко сидеть на ней. Все свеженькое, не старое. Кровати удобные. Кондиционеры хорошие. Вид с террасы шикарный. На машине до пляжа минут 10. Рядом есть 7/11 в 3 минутка езды. Все необходимое есть. Бассейн хороший на территории, чистый. За электричество за неделю получилось 1000бат. Из минусов: нам не хватило утюга, не было стиральной машины. И очень не хватало сушилки для белья. На виллу нужно покупать все своё: туалетную бумагу, мыло. Уборка была 1 раз. И у нас была простыня порванная, сразу не сообщили им. При выезде хотели 1000 бат взять за неё. Но поверили что так и было. Так что если видите, если что-то повреждено сразу сообщайте хозяину .

Het was super aangenaam om in de accommodatie van Christian te verblijven. Hij had enkele pagina’s uitgeschreven met activiteiten, restaurants,.. Deze beschrijvingen waren zeer uitgebreid en erg handig. Het appartement zelf was heel ruim en super netjes. Het resort was erg groot en we mochten overal gebruik van maken. Zo zijn we gaan kajakken, fitnessen, zwemmen, de zonsondergang bekeken vanuit verschillende zwembaden en ook nog eens de wekelijkse vuurshow zondags bekeken. Met andere woorden we hebben volop genoten tijdens ons verblijf. Ook indien we site wilden konden we ons gratis met de buggy’s over het terrein laten vervoeren. Je moest gewoon even melde naar waar je wilde en nog geen 5 minuten later werd je er met een golfkarretje naartoe gebracht. Dit was zeker zijn geld waard.

Great place to stay and relax with amazing view from balcony. Close to great places for sunsetting like "Sunset bar" etc. Everything else you would need is also close by. Apartment has everything you would need for comfortable stay. Thawee is super responsive and very helpful!

I loved the stay here, spent 2 nights there, the staff is so so friendly, helpful and so welcoming! The apartment was clean and nice, everything I needed. Felt super safe as a woman traveling alone. Can be a bit noisy because of the street next to it, if your a sensitive sleeper. Would definitlay go there again!!

This is a great place to spend some time and enjoy a spacious and quiet apartment with an absolutely incredible view.

The host is amazing and i can’t say how much helpful he was as he came at 4am to unlock the door for me as I had trouble opening it. Room is as described on the post. Location is a bit isolated and i personally didn’t feel safe taking taxi back from the full moon party as was 30 min away from full moon party place. My recommendation would be to get the speedboat back to Koh samui instead of getting a room as it would take roughly the same time. We arrived late so we were not able to rent a bike which could have helped in getting to the location, still 30 min is a long drive if you are thinking to get drunk. Its just the location that is very far , otherwise the host and place is great.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons pu communiquer avant notre arrivée et être pris en charge par un chauffeur qui nous a directement amenés à la villa. Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et Chris a pu garder nos valises en attendant que la villa soit prête à 15h. La villa est propre, très bien décorée et aménagée, avec une belle piscine et à deux pas de la plage : le rêve ! Cette partie de l'île est calme, ce qui est tres appréciable. Chris est un hôte bienveillant et très réactif. Il a été aux petits soins avec nous. Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique séjour, nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt, alle sehr nett und freundlich. Wenn fragen waren würden sie schnell beantwortet. Auch die Unterkunft wie der Pool wurden alle drei Tage gereinigt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen. Danke an alle wir werden euch sehr Doll vermissen. Steffen und Mary 🫶

House is brand new and exactly what we were after - garden space was a bonus! Housekeeping and pool cleaning were great the house was spotless. We did have an electricity outage for a half day which impacted the water supply. That was the only hiccup and not in Petra’s control. There was some construction noise too but we didn’t find it disruptive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, thank you Petra for having us!

Séjour de trois nuits superbe! Bodo est un hôte très réactif, ayant de bons conseils et étant toujours prêt à donner les meilleures explications attendues! Si vous cherchez du luxe passez votre chemin, cet endroit est coupé de tout et permet de se retrouver en pleine nature, loin de la pollution et du bruit de la ville! Si vous souhaitez poser vos bagages chez Bodo n’hésitez pas à lui demander pour la location d’un scooter, ce sera bien utile pour vos futurs déplacements! Je recommande vivement, encore merci à toi pour cet accueil et pour ces trois jours passés chez toi Bodo!

We had two really great nights at this villa, the views and the facilities are incredible. Very spacious and well equipped villa that can comfortably house 8-10 people. The live-in maid was fantastic and very accommodating. The only downside is the construction of new villa next door to this villa which was loud at times. Also I recommend to rent a 4x4 SUV as the route up and down the villa is quite challenging. Overall this is a great place to stay if you have a big group of people. Highly recommend.

excellent help checking in as family were arriving at different times. Really helpful with checkin and checkout. the rooms were well cleaned and everything looked new, Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. swimming pool was great for the kids to play in we all had a great stay, In a quite area behind Lamai temple i would definatley recomend and would stay again.

What an amazing Villa! It’s very spacious and clean. The refrigerator was stock with water, juice and milk, and there were snacks on the counter for us when we arrived. The pool was big and very enjoyable on the hot days. We like the location but you will need a scooter or a car to get around. There are plenty of restaurant choices near the Villa. We highly recommend this villa.

Tania is a great host very helpful no matter what time we text she would always text bk straight away The villa is new and is stunning the pool was luxurious and we was very happy here for a week we was also able to hire scooters at a reasonable price we would definitely recommend and will be contacting tania again excellent host thank you so much 🙏

Words cannot even describe the amazing time that we've had here at this Airbnb. This villa is stunning!! It is absolutely huge and words cannot describe it to be honest. Mel's attention to detail is endless. She has thought of things that you yourself don't even think you need! It’s the little things that truly made a difference. We have never been to any accommodation anywhere in the world that has truly had this level of attention ….from the décor to the thoughtful amenities. We even received a lovely welcome basket on arrival which included a bottle of wine, beers, biscuits, chocolates and more! With most Airbnb’s, you end up having to purchase some basics but not here. It’s all laid out for your use. Oh, did we mention the amazing sunsets from the huge deck!! Our only grudge ….. we only had three days in this lovely Villa. Thank you Mel. We could not have asked for a better host and we will be back!

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Great compact condo at the best beach on Koh Samui. The complex has everything you could wish for during your stay. Leonie and Barton were great hosts too!

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

It was my second stay in those apartments. I love that place! Inga’s apt has everything what you can possibly need to have a great time there. Staff is very nice and always helpful. Hope to visit again soon! 🙂

Great communication before arrival, we arrived after the reception had closed but the arrangements had been made with the security staff. The condo was exactly as described, clean laundry changed weekly. The location is good, approximately 10 minutes to the nearest restaurant and 20 minutes to the beach and main resort.
