There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

What a fantastic stay at Srilaksana’s place! This condo has everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. The pool is even more beautiful than the pictures, the gym is great, you can get a full workout in. The staff are all friendly, we always took the BTS when we went into the city as it comes often and it’s right outside the condo. Our host would always reply immediately for any questions. Thanks so much for the lovely stay here, we really appreciate everything! Also the grab food pickup point is so nice! You just order, go downstairs and the food is safe in a box.

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

The place is great. Very spacious and comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood but close enough to Bangkok where you can go without a ton of travel/time. Train station is a 15-20 min taxi ride away. Tom was great! Very friendly. Had suggestions for anything you could ask. I felt right at home the whole time. I plan on coming back and staying with him again next year!
