Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

This unique place has a style all its own. You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m² on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2 × 2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards, darts, etc. are available for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe cycle path, only 400 m away, invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Our house is located in the center of Dresden (about 800 m from the HBH) and yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.
