The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Bilocale in villa, con accesso indipendente, composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano e poltrona e su richiesta si può aggiungere un letto singolo sia per il terzo ospite e sia per chi vuole dormire separato, un ambiente cucina e bagno con doccia e lavanderia, adatto per tre persone, per coppie e per avventurieri solitari. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

A peaceful setting only a few minutes far from the center ! 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus. Perfect location, away from the hustle and the smog of city center, for families with children, for people who prefer spacious places, sea view, garden and safe parking. Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!
