Outside, the grounds are fenced, there is a 9x5 swimming pool, a pleasant outdoor terrace in the morning as it is in the shade, a pétanque court, a trampoline, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, a plancha, a barbecue, a shower and a toilet.

It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste.
