Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Barbat

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! Unser Aufenthalt auf Vir war wunderbar! Die Lage des Appartments ist wirklich traumhaft, ideal wenn man seinen Urlaub ruhiger und etwas abgeschiedenen verbringen will. Dragica ist eine sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wir hatten zu viert (2Personen/2Hunde) ein paar schöne Tage bei Ivana. Alles war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Whirlpool war super und auch in die Stadt ans Meer war es Katzensprung. Ein paar wesentliche Dinge noch zu erwähnen: einen Billiardtisch gibt es nicht, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war, jedoch einen Kicker Kasten (ist jedoch eher für Kinder/sehr leicht), es war für uns kein Problem. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und mit einem Bus nicht wirklich erreichbar, fahren sollte man können!:) Und es hat dort freilaufende Hunde, was uns das Gassigehen oft sehr erschwerte (großer weißer Hund 50Meter entfernt). Leider sind hinterm Haus im Moment Sanierungs/Bauarbeiten, lärmempfindliche könnten das nicht so super finden. Für uns war es ok. Danke für den Aufenthalt, bei traumhaften Wetter und vielleicht kommen wir irgendwann wieder. :)

It's a glowing gem for people who looks for a spot with stunning views, silence and complete privacy. You are all by yourself there, and trust me - it feels great. Don't get me wrong here with this "all by yourself" part - Dora and her family were helpful and caring throughout our whole stay. Trully wonderful people. Whole house consists of two separate apartments - 2 bedrooms each. You have two well equipped kitchens to use and a special one extra. If you are as big bbq lover as I am - the third one would fit you perfectly. Closest grocery is less than 15min drive from house. Everything surrouding you catches your eye. Phrase to "stretch your eyes" gets a whole new meaning there. So if you still didn't decide yet, then please, give yourself a gift. Travel there and admire breathtaking sunset while floating on inflatabe matress, in your private pool, grasping ice cold Karlovacko in your hand. You deserve it. You will love it. If you can do it? Do it.

Io e 2 miei amici abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell’appartamento e visitato tutta l’isola. Avendo il parcheggio riservato non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a parcheggiare l’auto vicino a casa. L’appartamento è super, con tavolo fuori coperto e orto da cui poter raccogliere tutti gli ortaggi freschi e delizioso curati da Goran, il proprietario. Goran è una persona d’oro, sempre disponibile, senza di lui la nostra vacanza non sarebbe stata così unica. Grazie Goran!

Very nice and clean, close to the city center!

Ottimo soggiorno. Al check-in ci ha accolto Adriana, sempre molto solare e simpatica! La casa è molto bella e nuova. Bellissima la vista dal terrazzo, principalmente la sera. Consigliatissimo.

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Casa molto carina e funzionale, due ampie camere e aria condizionata per i momenti più caldi, spazio esterno. Tutto molto comodo, un po’ faticosa verso la fine della vacanza la salita a casa con i bambini, in orario di pranzo, ma comunque tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Zorica ed Ivo sono stati sempre molto gentili e hanno avuto pazienza di dedicare sempre un momento ai nostri bambini e a noi, la vera differenza della casa sono i loro proprietari! Consiglio l’alloggio.

Appartamento arredato stupendamente, moderno con tutto l’occorrente anche per una lunga vacanza. Anche se io non ho trovato il phon. Macchina del caffè, zucchero e succo di frutta! Tutto quello che mi serviva per una notte. Peccato non esserci stata più tempo!

Mirjana nagyon kedves és mosolygós. Nagyon könnyü Nála megszállni és nagyon megéri. Ott laknak abban az épületben elszeparálva, így az érkezés rendkívül rugalmas tud lenni. Nyitott kapuk fogadtak az érkezésünkkor. Csak annyit írtam Neki, hogy este 8 és 9 között érkezünk. Jött is a válasz, hogy rendben. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom.

Hallo Zusammen. Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Apartment war ein echtes Vergnügen! Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und ordentlich, was uns nach einer langen Reise wirklich gutgetan hat. Der Strand war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, nah und sehr gut gepflegt. Auch die Umgebung ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bei allen unseren Fragen hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle dieses Apartment allen, die einen ruhigen und angenehmen Urlaub in Meeresnähe verbringen möchten. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Saša war super freundlich. Das ganze Ambiente sehr schön. Wir waren leider nicht bei bestem Wetter da, für genug Holz (auch kleines) zum Einheizen war allerdings gesorgt. Zusätzlich hat Saša uns am ersten Abend frittierte Pilze vorbeigebracht, und mit uns Schnaps angeboten. Einfach eine sehr schnuckelige Unterkunft :)

It’s a really nice house located in the forrest nearby plitvice. There’s also a nice river (Korana) to swim in and a swimmingpool nearby at a campsite. So we could relax in the morning on the terrace and in the garden and go for a swim in the afternoon. The house was very clean and had everything inside you need. Julijana is a great host. She is very friendly and always available to contact her for any questions or to help. Thank you again for the great time.

Uživali smo sa djecom u prirodi i u kucicama koje se potpuno u nju uklapaju.Gospodin Juraj ,Danijel i Aleksandra susretljivi osjećali smo se ko doma.Ogulin i okolica imaju šta za ponuditi i ljeti i zimi.Jezero Sabljaci ,muzej i kuca Ivane Brlić Mažuranić,okolna priroda ,Rastoke....

If you are looking for a secluded place, surrounded by untouched nature where you are woken up in the morning by the singing of birds, then this is the right place for you. Everything worth seeing is nearby. It's the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life...

Smještaj je bio precizno opisan, komunikacija sa domaćinima je bila efikasna i lagana te su cijelo vrijeme na raspolaganju. Preporuke. :)

We had a fantastic time at Zrinka's place. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful overlooking the river and waterfalls. I could sit out on the terrace all day every day enjoying the peace and quiet. Anytime you get too warm it is a simple matter to pop down and have a swim in the river or, if you are feeling adventurous, take the canoe for a paddle. This was two weeks of relaxing paradise. With a car it was also easy to visit various local castles, mountains and lakes. Zagreb is an hour away and we even popped over into Slovenia for a couple of day trips. Zrinka is incredibly welcoming and easy to contact. All in all well worth 5 stars.
