Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Barbat

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

Our stay on Vir was wonderful! The location of the apartment is really fantastic, ideal if you want to spend your vacation quieter and a little more secluded. Dragica is a very caring hostess, we felt well taken care of.

Four of us (2 people/2 dogs) had a few nice days at Ivana's place. Everything was clean and we didn't lack anything. The hot tub was great and it was also a stone's throw to the sea in town. A few essentials to mention: there is no pool table as seen in the photos, but a foosball box (but is more for children/very easy), it was no problem for us. The streets are very narrow and not really accessible by bus, you should be able to drive!:) And it has free-roaming dogs there, which often made it very difficult for us to walk (large white dog 50 meters away). Unfortunately, there are renovation/construction work behind the house at the moment, noise-sensitive people couldn't find it that great. It was okay with us. Thank you for the stay, in fantastic weather and maybe we will come back sometime. :)

It's a glowing gem for people who looks for a spot with stunning views, silence and complete privacy. You are all by yourself there, and trust me - it feels great. Don't get me wrong here with this "all by yourself" part - Dora and her family were helpful and caring throughout our whole stay. Trully wonderful people. Whole house consists of two separate apartments - 2 bedrooms each. You have two well equipped kitchens to use and a special one extra. If you are as big bbq lover as I am - the third one would fit you perfectly. Closest grocery is less than 15min drive from house. Everything surrouding you catches your eye. Phrase to "stretch your eyes" gets a whole new meaning there. So if you still didn't decide yet, then please, give yourself a gift. Travel there and admire breathtaking sunset while floating on inflatabe matress, in your private pool, grasping ice cold Karlovacko in your hand. You deserve it. You will love it. If you can do it? Do it.

I and 2 of my friends stayed for a week in the apartment and visited the whole island. Having reserved parking, we never had a problem parking the car near the house. The apartment is super, with a covered outdoor table and a vegetable garden from which you can pick all the fresh and delicious vegetables tended by Goran, the owner. Goran is a golden person, always available, without him our vacation would not have been so unique. Thanks Goran!

Great stay. Adriana welcomed us at check-in, always very sunny and nice! The house is very beautiful and new. Beautiful view from the terrace, mainly in the evening. Highly recommended.

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

We had a very Nice stay. The appartment was Nice and cosy and close to the water. The place and town is small and quiet - just perfect for a vacation!

Beautifully furnished apartment, modern with everything you need even for a long vacation. Although I couldn't find the hairdryer. Coffee maker, sugar and juice! Everything I needed for one night. Too bad I didn't have more time!

Mirjana is very nice and smiling. It's very easy to stay with him and it's very worth it. They live there in that building, so check-in can be super flexible. I was greeted by open gates upon our arrival. I just wrote to her that we would be arriving between 8-9pm. There was a response that was fine. I highly recommend it.

Hello everyone. Staying in this beautiful apartment was a real treat! The apartment was extremely clean and tidy which was really good for us after a long trip. The beach was within walking distance, close and very well maintained. Surroundings is also quiet and ideal for relaxation. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend a quiet and pleasant holiday near the sea. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Sasa place, he was friendly and helpful. Nature is beautiful ! Cottage is very authentic and has basic equipment.

It’s a really nice house located in the forrest nearby plitvice. There’s also a nice river (Korana) to swim in and a swimmingpool nearby at a campsite. So we could relax in the morning on the terrace and in the garden and go for a swim in the afternoon. The house was very clean and had everything inside you need. Julijana is a great host. She is very friendly and always available to contact her for any questions or to help. Thank you again for the great time.

We enjoyed it with the children in nature and in the cottages that completely fit into it. Mr. Juraj ,Daniel and Alexandra we felt as accommodating as we were at home. Gulin and the surrounding area have something to offer both in the summer and in the winter. The Sabljaci , the museum and the house of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić, the surrounding nature ,Rastoke....

If you are looking for a secluded place, surrounded by untouched nature where you are woken up in the morning by the singing of birds, then this is the right place for you. Everything worth seeing is nearby. It's the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life...

The place was described accurately, communication with the hosts was efficient and easy and available all the time. Recommendations. :)

We had a fantastic time at Zrinka's place. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful overlooking the river and waterfalls. I could sit out on the terrace all day every day enjoying the peace and quiet. Anytime you get too warm it is a simple matter to pop down and have a swim in the river or, if you are feeling adventurous, take the canoe for a paddle. This was two weeks of relaxing paradise. With a car it was also easy to visit various local castles, mountains and lakes. Zagreb is an hour away and we even popped over into Slovenia for a couple of day trips. Zrinka is incredibly welcoming and easy to contact. All in all well worth 5 stars.

Don't hesitate, just arrive. A house that has everything. We stayed one night and regretted not staying longer. Thank you Helena for everything We will definitely come back!
