The house is right in the centre of town, literally a stone's throw from all the best bars and restaurants in Vejer. All the bedrooms are a good size and there are huge open living spaces and "to-die-for views". It's light and airy and has good quality beds. The house works well for couples, families, big groups, and pets, although families should be aware that Spanish nightlife is late and can be noisy! Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Small house with beautiful views of a bedroom on one between wooden floor and another sofa bed in the living room. The bathtub is in a cave with a large shower. A fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Oak Flooring. Air conditioning. Fiber wifi. There's a parking lot right downstairs, which is very important in the summer months and you're a two-minute walk to the center of the old town of Vejer. A very calm and charming area. Fiber Wifi. Check-in: If check-in is before 3pm, we give the option to leave your bags at the entrance while cleaning and handing over the keys. After 3.00pm the keys are deposited in a lockbox located next to the gate (before entering the patio). Check-in at 3.00 pm and check-out at 11.00 am.
