Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

Villa Golden Suite is an independent Villa with a panoramic lake view. It is ideal for families with children and pets thanks to the spacious garden where there is also a heated swimming pool with breathtaking view of the lake. The Villa consists of 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. In the master bedroom there's a sofa bed comfortable for two people. There is air conditioning in 3 rooms and a fan in the other.
