It has 3 bedrooms (2 SUITES) on the ground floor ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING, a kitchen integrated with the dining room and a gourmet space with a BARBECUE. The SWIMMING POOL is large and has access through gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet. FROM JAN. TO MARCH/2026 THE BEACH IS UNDERGOING WIDENING WORKS, with some access restrictions

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!

The house is close to the sea (see location), it is not necessary to cross streets to be on the sand, and there is free Wi-Fi. The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.
