This house, it's like an apartment on the ground floor, is not a bed and breakfast, The location is made only for one family at a time. The pool is for the exclusive use of the family making the reservation. Swimming pool with sanitized water, no chemicals, cleaning is done before 9:00 a.m. The pool can be used from 9.00 to 21.00. Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. I live upstairs, my husband and I don't use the pool while there are guests, we take care of the outdoor common area, patio, garage, and pool. We don't provide towels.

Come relax and de-stress in this quiet Baiuka. Small but with everything you need to enjoy a beach without having to stay away from it, as it came out of the gate the beautiful sea is there to welcome you. Great for couple, couple with up to 2 children or 2 couples, as the space has in addition to the suite a double sofa bed and private exit to the bathroom. It has all the utensils you need, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a barbecue as well. The power is 220, but it has a transformer.

Full house with two bedrooms plus an en-suite, all with air-conditioning. It has an exit to two streets. The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.
