The view is indescribable. It's a dream to wake up and have breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, an excellent barbecue area and a large garden to enjoy. The two-storey house has been recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house at the back, which has 1 en-suite with air conditioning, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a laundry room and a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are nice and dark for a good night's sleep!

Full house with two bedrooms plus an en-suite, all with air-conditioning. It has an exit to two streets. The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.
