Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Barra Mansa

Marcos was totally kind and nice to our family. You welcomed us very well, it was quite flexible with check-out and check-out times. The apartment had more than we needed for a quick stay. It actually had more than we needed, since we only spent one night. For those who go to Aman, it's the best place, safe, very close and comfortable. My son decided to go at the last minute and Marcos was also very flexible about that. I just have to thank you!

Ideal space for stays for both work and leisure. I stayed with my son (11 years old) for 4 days and everything went well. Easy communication with the host (he solved any problems that might arise very quickly). Beautiful space, well maintained, clean, good internet, good quality TV streaming and with the convenience of being downtown. I recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the listing, we host for 1 month. All worked right, the condominium is ok, no noise. The communication with the Janai was great, he was always available to assist us.

Amazing Experience! Francisco's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely clean, smelling and very well organized, provides a cozy and comfortable stay. The structure of the space has equipment that makes everyday life easier, making everything even more practical. The location is excellent, very close to the beach of Itacuruçá, ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea without having to get around a lot. Also, the building has a wonderful pool, perfect for swimming lovers. Francisco was extremely attentive and was always available to answer any questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My stay was spectacular, and without a doubt, I intend to return!

First of all, the house is amazing! It exceeds expectations! Everything is very clean and organized! Very, very comfortable! Both the sauna and the hydro bath are excellent! The house's environments are very tasteful! There are also good restaurants around! Beautiful waterfalls near the condo! The people of the village of Serrinha are very welcoming! After 6 days in the house, I left rested, invigorated and very happy! I didn't want to leave! I wish I could have stayed more days there! I thank Paulo for everything! Gratitude!

We had a wonderful stay in this little paradise. The view is beautiful, the accommodation is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The north entrance to Itatiaia Park is relatively not far away and there are walks next to the house (waterfalls etc.) Wifi works great for those who work remotely. Thanks to Adriana but also to Jaci, Janilson and Silvana for their availability, we hope to be back soon!

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. We were very well received by Adriana and Gian, received all the necessary information, and were extremely helpful, attentive and caring to me and my family. They removed all our doubts and were always available to meet us and resolve what was necessary. We had a quiet, pleasant stay, both during the time of the tour and in the moments of rest in the house watching TV or reading by the fireplace, and we had the support of them and the housekeeper all the time. The accessibility of the city was positive, the door of the social bathroom being wide enough to pass a wheelchair was great 🥰 We hope to be able to return soon to this city we love, and no doubt I recommend this space to everyone! 😁🙏🏽🥰

Claudio's place looks even better than in the pictures. There are so many details around the house. Deco is well thought. The kitchen has all the appliances you might need. The fireplace makes it all cosy and he previously left plenty of wood prepared. Claudio was super friendly and I received the clearest instruction of all my Airbnb experiences. He also suggested great activities for us to do in the park. I already recommended the place to several of my friends.
