Holiday rentals with a patio in Barra Velha

Simply PERFECT Space! There is no detail I could say that were not compliments about the organization, practicality, utilities and quality of the space and all the items that are in this apartment. Condominium with 3 sites with pools between the blocks, easy access to the beach, plenty of security with facial access and biometrics, with several places for quick shopping of everything you need or forgot to take. The perfect apartment. It would really be describing item by item about all quality and care that the space was set up. Daniela was very helpful every day, with directions and guidance on everything that was needed.

We went to take my son to the parks, near Beto Carrero, by car about 20 minutes without traffic, well-equipped apartment, everything we needed had available, under the condominium, pizzeria, mini market and restaurant available, receptive host and answered the doubts clearly.

Comfortable, air-conditioned apartment in all the bedrooms and living room, well-equipped, very kind and cordial reception of Mrs. Roseli, as attentive as João Vitor and Chris.

it is the first time I am in a depto in my vacation.. we have always gone to hotels..but from now on in more with the experience of being in this Roger's depto,the experience was very nice!.. incredible location.!! .visistas al mare,not only on the balcony but in the rooms,..everything equipped,kitchen with all the utensils and beautiful!..until I found books that I read them!.. beach cart team with chairs and umbrella...everything!!..and to get to the beach just go down the walkway and there was the sea ... you couldn't ask for more! and incredible security..to all places with fingerprint access all amazing!!!.. and Roger always ready to provide information and attention!!! thank you for everything!!

The stay was excellent, the AP is modern, well organized, has crockery, bedding, practically nothing. The soundproofing is very good, and the privileged location, access to practical BR and beach. The Condominium has many leisure options, and all very well cared for. In the first access I had in the garage, I was a little confused, but it soon gets used, easy to get in and out with the car. My wife loved the experience, I recommend Yes.

The place is excellent, right in front of the sea. The condominium is very nice, with several leisure and business options, which helps a lot. we will definitely return.

The apartment is beautiful and new. Very well equipped and furnished. Nice views. The kitchen had more appliances than I thought it would have. The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived we had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for them to bring us the key to get in, and the instructions said that access was all by biometric data. If I had known that and I had let them know when I was arriving, it surely wouldn't have happened, but it wasn't clear. After that, everything was perfect. 100% recommended.

Everything perfect with the stay, we spent great days in the family, clean and organized house, with everything we need, simply nothing to be desired, even better than in the photos, the host Fábia, very helpful and ready to answer any questions, and with great recommendations of places to visit, finally, I recommend to everyone, note 10.

The house corresponds with the ad, air conditioning in the bedrooms, quiet neighborhood. We had an issue with the pool but the host promptly resolved. I highly recommend

Michele was very attentive,we needed to stay a few more hours in the house he understood perfectly very clean house, even left a little pot of coffee for us. I recommend it for those that likes peace of mind!

The place itself is very beautiful: residential condominium in front of the sea, with private access to Praia do Tabuleiro; beautiful view of the ap. and the common area of the condominium to the beach; hot and large swimming pool. Very quiet and family place, excellent for rest! We love and will be staying with Marcelo again.

The apartment is exactly as it is on the listing, we went in 4 people and we were very well accommodated. Condominínio has a great structure and the beach is excellent.

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.

Jeanne is impeccable and the apartment is very complete. Nice, well decorated, with everything you need. The beach, I would almost say private, we did not use the pools or the game room but everything was excellent. I'll be back.

Ana's apartment is even better than in the pictures! Beautiful, clean and with a wonderful sea view. A delight to wake up to that view. The apartment is located in Barra Velha and is a bit far from the city center and other more “famous” beaches, but the condominium is very complete, has a market, cafeteria, convenience store and other shops. Ideal for families. The direct exit from the condominium to the beach is also a high point, as the beach is practically private for those who are in the condominium. The entrance to the condominium and apartment were super easy. Ana was very kind and flexible and quickly answered all our questions. We'll be back for sure.

Diogo is an excellent host, 100% attentive, always friendly and helpful with everything. Always in communication, attentive to any message. We were greeted by Roseli, his representative who was an excellent guide for us, smiling, patient and very kind. The apartment is even more excellent than what you see in the photos! The ocean views are perfect, it is complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Perfect cleanliness, quality sheets and towels. Complete and new kitchen items. Beach items available, balls, board games, my kids were delighted. Having 3 TVs available was perfect! All smart TVs and with platforms available. The complex is 100% excellent. Safe, comfortable, super clean facilities all the time, divine pools and jacuzzis, courts, lounges and perfect gazebos! The complex has state-of-the-art technology in terms of entry (biometric data), garage opening, new elevators. We'll be back! Excellent stay!
