The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace has enchanted us every day! We would like to sincerely thank Ingrid and look forward to our next visit!😍

Small flat in a good location. Close to beaches. Close to either promenade. Many restaurants. Small grocery store very close. Bus stop to central Calpe or tram station very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice touch with spices, oil, vinegar, etc.

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Excellent. Very clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in, everything is well detailed. Great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The place is in a very good area for walking, it is very safe and private. Excellent location to see the sunrise👍👍. Everything is great!!

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

Beautiful house in the heart of Altea Old Town close all the bars & restaurants. Split over 4 levels with great sea view from lounge & terrace on top floor. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the old town.

Súper airbnb. I did a lot of it and it is by far one of the best equipped, no need to come on vacation with its sugar, salt, olive oil etc.. there is everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedding is great. The accommodation is pretty and very pleasant to stay in and the residence is very quiet. We'll be happy to go back.

Apartment was very central to harbor and main shopping areas. The flat itself was very modern, well appointed with full amenities and very clean. We had a great stay!
