Seaside dreams? With a sea view of the lagoon and the island of Zingst! Are you looking for low-budget accommodation but need your privacy, enough space and a feel-good atmosphere on holiday? There is plenty of space here for a good price. It is 65 m² and is located in Barther's old town with a beautiful view of the water, the Barther Bodden and the "Adlige Fräuleinstift", which was founded in 1733. It is in a prime location, quiet (play street) and yet central, right by the park, only 2 minutes away. Walking distance to the market and also to the harbor promenade.

Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Due to the spacious property, the children have plenty of space to play. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route to the beach is only 100 meters away. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with its own small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a seperate entrance. We are located in a detached housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

There are two free parking spaces right in front of the entrance door.  The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes on foot. The beach and sea are also within walking distance.
