We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Here you can relax wonderfully with family or friends. The cottage is very quiet and yet close to the center. The Baltic Sea is only 15 minutes away by car or a wonderful bike path. Barth is an excellent starting point for excursions to the beautiful Darß, Stralsund, the island of Rügen, Rostock, etc. After an eventful day, relaxation and a cozy evening by the barbecue or fireplace await in and around the vacation home.

With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. Of course, you can also fish at the jetty. Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.
