Nice and calm apartment!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

A 1-room apartment on the first floor of an old farmhouse with a separate entrance and about 23 square meters of space, which we have lovingly brought to its current state. The area is perfect for hikers, motorcyclists, bikers and otherwise all who love nature. It is also not far to Lörrach (14 km), Schopfheim (13 km) or Basel (27 km).

Historic Cramm Mill, Barn Apt. 5

Our apartment 5 is located on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed water mill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios we have built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historic character of the building as much as possible - the original wooden beams of the old barn adorn the apartment and the view of the open roof beams. Apartment is 43 sqm.

The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
