It is located on the second and top floor without elevator access, on the courtyard side, in a very quiet residence. There is a large TV with Canal+, Netflix, Amazon subscription... The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Buttes Chaumont, a 5-minute walk to Canal Saint Martin and Canal de l'Ourcq, a 20-minute walk to La Villette. The neighborhood is very lively and you will find everything you need within 100 m.
