This unique newly built accommodation (the house has only been rented since June 2024) is located in the village of Vrh on the island of Krk, 5 km from the old town. It offers the perfect oasis for rest and relaxation in a spacious villa equipped with all the amenities needed for an unforgettable vacation. The villa has 6 modern rooms and can accommodate 12 people. The villa overlooks Velebit, the greenery of the forest, and from two rooms you can also see the sea. It is suitable for staying all year round as it has an indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool.

Holiday House Ursa & heated pool, 700m from beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.
