In winter, skiing (lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and tobogganing are possible.

In our area there are numerous activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cycling, skiing and much more. 130 km of marked cycling and hiking trails await you. In Battenberg you will find an indoor and outdoor pool as well as various shopping facilities such as Edeka, bakeries, a butcher, gas station, the Festhalle and the Burgberghalle, all of which are within walking distance (1 km).
