La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Château Stables with Truffle Orchard

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Nous sommes à 30 min du Zoo de la Flèche et proche d'autres sites touristiques (châteaux, vignobles..)

"La Bergerie" 9-person gîte with pool

Pool closed from October 30 to the end of March. The "La Bergerie" Gîte awaits you in a quiet location in the center of the Loire Valley castles and in the heart of the vineyards between Tours and Saumur. It is a family cottage, all gatherings for an evening are prohibited. The land is shaded and our indoor pool is heated to 29°. House renovated in 2018 with large rooms that can accommodate up to 9 adults plus two babies maximum for good times with family or friends.

Le Manoir du Coureau, located less than 200 meters from the banks of the Loire, will seduce you with its lush setting. The charm of old stones in a green setting: it is a true haven of peace. It offers an ideal location for many nearby activities: castle tours, vineyards, hiking, Loire Valley cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, etc. The maximum occupancy for this listing is 10 people, day or night. No parties or receptions allowed.

Leave free rein to your desires during the space of one night or more in complete privacy in this suite with massage table and private hot tub. L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

Villa Le Printemps, house for 15 people with pool

19th century mansion, completely renovated, 15 beds, comfortable and spacious, ideal for your weekends with friends, family gatherings and reunions. Located in the village of a village 30 km from Angers and 5 minutes from Baugé-en-Anjou where you will find all amenities: bakery, supermarket, doctors, pharmacy, restaurants...
