Welcome to the new BiberLOFT on the Danube. The loft is a very sophisticated natural building apartment on the ground floor, facing the Danube garden and the stilt hut, as well as with direct access to and views of the breathtaking Danube, nature, and Danube harbor. It combines regional and sophisticated natural materials, upcycled old wood materials as well as a highly modern and sophisticated room technology and is a beautiful place for families, groups of friends, water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.

Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day and 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna: an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or a walk with the horses can be booked.

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our holiday apartment is in a very peaceful and completely quiet location on a street running parallel to the lake. It is located on the first floor and has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities on offer. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Holiday Appartement Rüland

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Only 900 m from Aschaffenburg train station, 500 m from downtown and 250 m from the Main. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high speed WiFi TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows can be darkened.
