It is located in Someraro, a small village above Stresa, quiet and relaxing It has 4 beds. The VIEW of all of Lake Maggiore is one of the most BEAUTIFUL and complete that can be found in the area. The accommodation is very bright and is located on the third and top floor of a completely renovated early 20th-century house. FREE RESERVED PARKING SPACE.

An independent 2nd floor apartment in a small Liberty-style villa, with a splendid lake and mountain view, fire place. Luminous, functional, very peaceful and relaxing. Sleeps 2 (max 4): Bedroom with a double bed. (+extra beds available for studio corner). Town center + shops at 2 km. Stresa and surroundings are beautiful all year round, also in winter. Fabulous places for mountain hiking, skiing, golf. Check-in possible during lunch hours (11.30am-1pm) or in the evening after 6pm.

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a quiet and elegant residence, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the surroundings (open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes walk you can reach the lake and the village center where you can find all the main services: mini markets, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, newsstand and tobacco. Car parking inside the residence.

Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
