You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

A spacious area features a comfortable sofa and a stylish armchair in warm tones. Large windows allow natural light to brighten the room, creating an inviting ambience. A modern TV is mounted on the wall, complemented by a stylish chandelier and delicate wall sconces.
