BNB La Rochelle -St. Nicolas is located in the center of downtown La Rochelle - Quarters Saint Nicolas. It is close to everything. All tourist attractions are within walking distances. We have only one guest room so that we can offer our best services. Our guests have their own entrance, free as at home! Room located in a peaceful village about 2 km from the port of Le Palais, the beaches of Ramonette and Bordardoué, and the Supermarket. Possibility to rent a second bedroom for an extra fee (contact me). Private ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is provided. Possibility to pick you up or drop you off at the port of Le Palais depending on my availability (therefore not systematic and with extra charge). Close to the charming village of Kermorvan, 1 km from the city center, 100 m from the beaches on the bay side, the coastal path and Port Haliguen, come and discover our private room, "art deco 1930" facing south, by the pool. Film buffs will recognize the nod to David Lynch! Breakfast is served in the room with a picnic basket. The city center, the large beach and the pier for the islands are about 1 km walk, the train station is 800 m away.

If you are 2 people, you can have 1 bedroom, or 2 bedrooms with a surcharge and ask me. 3 and 4 people, the second bedroom will be for you. Close to the main roads that serve the Vendée coast and the islands, it only takes 50 minutes by car to go swimming, 15 minutes to hike in the Muscadet vineyard, 40 minutes to visit Nantes, Hellfest, for the bravest 1 hour to get to Puy du Fou...

In a charming 14th century estate 2.5 km from Guérande, close to beaches, salt marshes and Brière, beautiful room with independent entrance, toilet, private toilet and shower.
