It is equipped with its own kitchenette and bathroom + toilet, allowing you to be particularly independent. Tea/coffee/herbal tea provided. Breakfast prepared on request 24 hours in advance (extra charge). Train station, old port, universities and beach, accessible in 15/20 min walk or 5 min by bike/car.

Close to the charming village of Kermorvan, 1 km from the city center, 100 m from the beaches on the bay side, the coastal path and Port Haliguen, come and discover our private room, "art deco 1930" facing south, by the pool. Film buffs will recognize the nod to David Lynch! Breakfast is served in the room with a picnic basket. The city center, the large beach and the pier for the islands are about 1 km walk, the train station is 800 m away.

A 5-minute walk from the train station. Puy du Fou is a 25-minute drive away. Maulévrier Oriental Park is a 15-minute drive away. Hellfest 30 minutes away. I will be happy to host you, but a lockbox is available for late check-ins.

Close to the main roads that serve the Vendée coast and the islands, it only takes 50 minutes by car to go swimming, 15 minutes to hike in the Muscadet vineyard, 40 minutes to visit Nantes, Hellfest, for the bravest 1 hour to get to Puy du Fou...

In a charming 14th century estate 2.5 km from Guérande, close to beaches, salt marshes and Brière, beautiful room with independent entrance, toilet, private toilet and shower.
