We had a great stay at Caroline’s place !

We had a great time at Caroline's villa. We were 2 families with children (between 5 months and 5 years). We were able to enjoy the house with its beautiful kitchen, perfectly equipped, outdoor kitchen and pool, but also the environment: 4 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, very close to downtown gates and its bike market. We will be back with joy!

We had a fabulous time at the house. Maria and Alfonso were really helpful and available when we needed their support. The house is really beautiful, stylish and very well equipped. The garden, hot tub and pool are very well maintained and private. All of the en-suite rooms are comfortable and most have lovely views over the garden. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent and there is a tv in each room with Netflix. We would definitely return; it was ideal for a large family holiday. There are beautiful rooms to spend time together but each bedroom is spacious and private.

An absolutely perfect stay! I had an amazing night in this spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated place. Everything was sparkling clean and thoughtful. The host was also very welcoming and responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

A little weekend with bikers at this fabulous villa. Despite the very complete description and many photos offered, we went from surprises to surprises. That's even better!!!!! The villa is really fabulous. Everything is thought out for a wonderful stay with friends. The outside is paradise, the pool, the summer kitchen, the bocce court promise you unforgettable evenings and the interior is just as exceptional (special mention for the very comfortable bedding). A little extra, we were able to park our motorcycles in the shelter. The owner and Sarah of the concierge are very responsive and do their best to satisfy you. They are really friendly and welcoming. Anyway... go without hesitating!!!!

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

We were 7 adults and 5 children/teens. The house is very functional including a large table for 12 people allowing family meals. The open kitchen is also very well thought out and the seating area with its sofas and chimine is very cozy. The 5 bedrooms are very nicely decorated. The location is particularly peaceful with walking departures nearby.

The location, close to Sables d’Olonne and close to our wedding location was great. Beautiful architect house with great volumes and space. Very quiet place with a big garden, beautiful Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything is there to have a great stay. Our hosts, Celine and Pascal have been very nice, welcoming us, answering all our questions. Thank you to both of you for your availability. We enjoyed a very nice and relaxing stay with all amenities. Everyone loved it!

We had a wonderful holiday in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, who was impeccable. She always responded quickly and attended to all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful,modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and have almost all their own showers. There is also a play area, with ping pong, foosball and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you will need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is kept very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: a quiet neighborhood with friendly people and only a few minutes walk from the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back anytime.

A spectacularly appointed home. Nothing is missing, large very comfortable spaces for large groups or large families. Heated pool, barbecue. The listing said there was no shampoo or hair dryer but there were some! Kitchen prepared with anything you could possibly possibly need. Very friendly house owner, with lots of advice on what to do. I recommend it 100%!

Super well located house with great amenities Very quiet place 3mm from the beach with a view of the extraordinary Pilat dune

We loved every second of our stay at Guillaume‘s impeccable house. Every bedroom has their own ensuite bathroom so it’s great if you’re travelling as a group. The terrace facing the canal is beautiful and cosy. The kids enjoyed the pool, trampoline, and many games they found in one of the bedrooms. The neighbourhood is quiet but there are plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s only a short drive to Lac Cazaux. This is a great place to relax with enough activities close by (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon, Cap Ferret) to keep you entertained for a at least a week. Guillaume is a perfect host, always quick to respond to messages and happy to provide useful recommendations. Everything went without a hitch.

We had a great time with the family in this home that has nothing. Everyone slept very well, we enjoyed the living room, the kitchen for our evening meal and the bocce court!! We will gladly go back in summer season to be able to enjoy more outdoor services! Ely and Daniel are very responsive and accessible. Thank you very much for hosting us!!

House at the top! We had a pleasant stay in a clean, spacious and well-equipped house. Romain was very welcoming and reachable. I recommend it in a second! 🤙🏄‍♀️

Christelle’s home is beautiful. Even better than the photos. So spacious, and beautifully decorated. Very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Christelle was a very helpful host, and had excellent communication. Super easy access into Bordeaux from St Loubes train station. The village of St Loubes is very friendly, with a superb bakery and supermarket a short walk from the house. Our group of four female friends loved our stay and are already planning returning in the future.

Family home ideal for families with little ones. Games for them in a game room. Baby beds. High table. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. Children's Island is close for activities. On the other hand, car essential for shopping and getting around the sea.

We had a great time with friends. Between swimming pool, jacuzzi, billiards, we took good care of ourselves. Very clean accommodation, great communication, space for everyone, very nice sleeping area. I would highly recommend it for a large group.
