Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

Direct access to bike path, Biocoop and bakery 200 m away Ocean beaches 15 km T1 bis 21 m2 + mezzanine room in the outbuilding of our wooded garden, quiet. Small equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, TV & sound bar, bathroom with closed toilet + hot outdoor shower! Covered terrace 30 m2 south side, table and rest in the middle of the bamboo!!

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Studio near the Pornicaise coast

The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished for Tourism" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte Sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). Welcome to our little cocoon 15 minutes from the beaches! We have chosen to develop an independent suite that is part of our home to welcome you and allow you to visit our beautiful region. In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. After a day of sightseeing, you can enjoy a private outdoor area and relax in the jacuzzi. See you soon

Garden level in main residence in Contaut

Come and relax in the heart of nature, in a 50 m2 accommodation on the ground floor of our main residence (with private garden and parking). Located close to the bike paths, between Hourtin Port and Hourtin Beach, 200 meters from the Contaut lagoon, and close to the Piqueyrot nautical base. You can enjoy the beach, lake and water sports (paddle, sailing, surfing), as well as hiking, forest walks and discovering the flora and fauna.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.

Coin extérieur avec table et chaises. À proximité du littoral, du port ostréicole et des pistes cyclables.

In the heart of the Vendée countryside, in a green setting conducive to rest and relaxation, rental of a 45 m² studio completely renovated in 2019 and ideally located (5 minutes from the A83-A87 interchange) for a stay combining a visit to the Puy du Fou Park (about 25 minutes) and the discovery of the Vendée coast (less than an hour).
