Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

This 18 m2 master suite has its shower and toilet with private access, it is located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet subdivision. (in a neighborhood called: "the window" in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez) Due to its location, many tourist outings are available to you: the beaches (5 minutes by car), the marshes, the forests, the port, the islands... (Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier) castles (Commequiers, etc.) Nearby: train station (3 km), aquatic center, casino, bowling, festivals...

Welcome to our little cocoon 15 minutes from the beaches! We have chosen to develop an independent suite that is part of our home to welcome you and allow you to visit our beautiful region. In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. Ocean Suite Private room with pergola and jacuzzi

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

A stone's throw from the Quai de La Chaume, independent accommodation, adjoining my house. It is composed of a main room with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area, a bathroom with toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a 140 cm bed. Please note that the staircase is narrow and steep, and the ceiling height of the room varies from 1 m to 1.90 m. You have a small garden furniture at your disposal.
