Charming house close to beaches and Biarritz

Our house, located in a quiet area, is right in the town centre, 3 km from the beaches and 3 km from the town centres of Biarritz and Bayonne. With a south-facing aspect, you can make the most of the long summer days. On the east side, our small, secluded terrace with no overlooking windows will allow you to enjoy the first rays of sunlight. On the west side, you have the use of a large terrace with garden furniture /a plancha/ and an outdoor table, overlooking an enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours.

The closed bedroom is on the ground floor with 1 large double bed (160/200), a TV and there is a mezzanine where there are 2 double beds. Very good location, 1.2 km from the beach, 200 m from all amenities (Carrefour City, fishmonger, bistro, tobacco/press, bakery, bank, hairdresser, restaurants).
