Bright 2 bedroom apartement of 54 m2 at the gates of Bayonne & Biarritz, 7km from the Atlantic Ocean, near the Basque Country, Landes beaches popular among surfers and Spain 40min by car. Bayonne railway station at 10min, airport at 20min. Bus to Bayonne, Biarritz and beaches. Quiet, ideally located, close to all shops, cinema and restaurants (- 3min by car). New build of 2023 - Unique accommodation close to all amenities which will make your stay very pleasant. City centre and shops within walking distance while being quiet. Close to the thermal baths. This new accommodation will welcome you with its comfort and ideal location. A real cocoon :-) Package for spa treatments on request. Booking for 2 days is only possible in the low season. In high season (July and August) and Christmas week (high demand) minimum booking of 5 days.

Air-conditioned apartment in property with enclosed garden, parking and free WIFI, 5 minutes by car from the beach! You can enjoy the many amenities: Bed 160x200 cm. Laundry room with washing machine. Furnished terrace, private swimming pool accessible in July, August and September. Activities: surfing, tree climbing, Aqualandes, zoo...Shops: bakery, Intermarché, pizzeria, restaurants, Thalasso/spa. Cycle paths to explore the region, everything is doable by bike or on foot!

Ideally located a few steps from the centre, beaches and shops, this 42 m² 2-room apartment is perfect for a stay for two. Close to bus stops and the BAB, you can easily explore Biarritz, Bayonne and Anglet. The apartment is functional and cosy, with a full kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. Some finishing touches are in progress, but you will have everything you need for a pleasant stay. No private parking space, but public parking is available nearby.
