When you leave the house, Izban, Karşıyaka Bazaar, pharmacy, health center are 5 minutes away; the beach, ferry terminal, tram are 10 minutes away. It is 50 minutes to Foça by private vehicle, and it is also extremely easy to go by ferry, train and minibus.

My house is clean and comfortable in the Bayraklı area.

It is a family apartment. It is 25 minutes from the center, there are markets, gas stations and transportation vehicles around. There is a parking lot in front of the building for parking.
