Bettwäsche ist inklusive. Nachts kann es etwas laut werden, da auf der einen Seite des Hauses eine Straße verläuft. Sie können die Küche selbst nutzen: Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen, Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und andere Geräte zum Kochen. Kostenloser Parkplatz für 2 Autos.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe: ca. 200 Meter zum Opernhaus, ca. 400 Meter zur Villa Wahnfried, ca. 100 Meter zur Fußgängerzone, 2 km zum Festspielhaus. Sie wohnen in der Penthouse-Wohnung eines historischen Hauses aus dem Jahr 1872 mit eigener großer Dachterrasse, die im Sommer bis Sonnenuntergang Sonne hat. Die Wohnung hat ca. 100m² und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 200x200 / 1 Bett 160x200). Im gleichen Haus befindet sich LOFT 1872.

The as-good-as-new apartment is located at the foot of the Würgauer Berg. The A70 motorway can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes and the city centre of Bamberg (about 20 km) in about 15 minutes. The apartment is in a quiet, rural location and offers a very good starting point for day trips to nearby Bamberg, sporting activities and spa tourism. Two rooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace with about 15 m² provide relaxation at the gate to Franconian Switzerland.
