Die Wohnung entspricht dem neuestem Standard: 2 Zimmer: Küche, Bad auf 54 qm, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch 1,40 m WLAN Das KfW 55 Gebäude besitzt eine Lüftungsanlage. Die Anlage lässt sich nicht ausschalten und erzeugt ein minimales Geräusch.

Der 39 Grad warme Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar und inclusive. Die Nutzung der Fasssauna ist zubuchbar . Die Whirlpool Badewanne im SZ funktioniert leider nicht.
