The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedrooms 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, right between the Korbmacherstadt Lichtenfels, the Veste city of Coburg and the World Heritage City of Bamberg!

What makes this unique apartment stand out the most: The incomparably beautiful view, both from the spacious balcony of Franconian Switzerland, and from the arcade in front of the entrance door to the festival city and university town of Bayreuth. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. A high-quality branded kitchen was newly built in 2018. Location: Central yet on the green, with perfect connections (city bus) and free parking. The apartment is on the top 18th floor (penthouse feeling).

Welcome to us!!! There is a very large SW balcony (about 35 sqm) around the apartment (70 sqm=1DZ or84 sqm = 2DZ). From here you have a wonderfully wide view of the Wiesenttal, over the village to the castle ruin Neideck (Streitberg). Pure feeling of well-being! Free wifi. Bathroom with shower/tub and a separate toilet. The spacious kitchen is well equipped. In the living room, a cozy fireplace warms up in the cooler time. Extra bed (f 6th p.) in sleeping niche possible! Dog on request.

Directly on the bike and hiking trail a 2-minute walk from the swimming lake, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for activities. The cities of Bamberg, Bayreuth, Forchheim and Erlangen/Nuremberg can also be reached in a short time. On the terrace there is a sitting area with BBQ. We are happy to help us during the stay, because the Franconian offers something for everyone. Climbing, mountain biking, kayaking on the meadow or cave visits - everyone will find it here.

Cozy two room apartment with kitchen and private bathroom on about 60 sqm. The apartment is fully furnished and invites you to linger. The garden is also available to be used. A baker, butcher, village shop and the train station are only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a quarry in the immediate vicinity. Check-in can be done earlier on request.
