Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

1 hour from Paris (car or train + bike) between Maintenon and Nogent-le-Roi, a magnificent and spacious wooden house where you can recharge in the greenery. The house is fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Royal Valley of the Eure region. You are surrounded by castles, parks, and just a stone's throw away from the Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

An 80 m² barn, renovated in 2022, with all comforts, will be perfect for your weekends/holidays as a couple (1 double bed 160 x 200, cot with comfortable mattress on request). Maximum two adults. Electric car charging station at cost price. Space/swimming pool/swing/baby sandpit/trampoline/TV with Netflix, Amazon and Molotov. Shops a few kilometres away. Parties/professional photos/ceremonies and pets are not allowed. For our insurance, the number of people must match the booking.

Ideal during the week for business trips, possibility to park large vehicle in secure courtyard. 5 minutes from all amenities, supermarket, pharmacy, medical house, market, bakery, SNCF train station. 10 min access to A10 highway, 25 min access to A11. 25 minutes from Chartres, its Cathedral and La Tanière Zoo and Refuge.

The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor dining and barbecue. At your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jacuzzi (except from late November to March), bicycles and... Many activities: forest walk, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Extended departure time during the weekend. (Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday evening)

The cottage is located in a shared courtyard but is not overlooked. It has its own small garden and two parking spaces. A paid electric charging station is available in the municipal car park in front of the house. Possibility of renting the Jaccuzzi from April to September for moments of relaxation.

We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.
